Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Inside Sales Agent for our client in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team sales quotas.
- Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
- Demonstrate and describe product features to customers.
- Contact leads and schedule appointments to present company products.
- Complete order forms and submit them for processing.
- Prepare sales proposals for potential buyers.
- Compile regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from external customers.
- Ensure compliance with all Do Not Call telemarketing rules and regulations.
- Follow up with internal departments and customers during the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in customer service inside sales.
- CSR experience is a must.
- Collections or sales experience is required.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Sales Force.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
