Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Outside Sales Manager for our client in the commercial and infrastructure construction industry, specializing in scaffolding sales. Take your career to the next level in this dynamic position where you’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers in the commercial and infrastructure construction market, with a proven track record in scaffolding sales.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase sales and foster long-term relationships, leveraging your expertise in scaffolding sales.
- Attend bi-annual sales meetings throughout North America to stay updated on industry trends and company strategies, utilizing your scaffolding sales experience to contribute valuable insights.
- Provide weekly reports to the West Coast Regional Sales Manager, updating on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, including your scaffolding sales performance.
- Support strategic initiatives set forth by the sales leadership team to drive company growth and meet sales targets, drawing from your extensive scaffolding sales background.
Qualifications:
- Experience in selling to the commercial and infrastructure construction market, with a proven track record of success in scaffolding sales.
- Experience selling equipment to the industrial market, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and technical applications, particularly in scaffolding sales.
- Knowledge of technical and civil engineering applications, enabling effective communication with customers and understanding of their requirements in scaffolding sales.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Microsoft), as well as advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, enhancing your scaffolding sales effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on scaffolding sales.
- Familiarity with the East Coast and New England market preferred, with specific expertise in scaffolding sales.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Work Location, Benefits, and Pay:
- Home office based with travel throughout Southern California and Las Vegas.
- Competitive pay with a significant base salary (subject to experience and skills), commission package, and new customer bonus.
