Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and conduct thorough research on potential clients and their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct in-person presentations with key decision-makers to showcase company capabilities effectively.
- Develop strategies to convert leads into opportunities and successfully close deals.
- Create engaging presentations tailored to the needs of different clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure loyalty through exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a business continuity partner for clients' emergency service needs, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Communicate clients' needs to internal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Keep open lines of communication and actively network with clients and sales marketing teams.
- Utilize various marketing tools to promote services and increase revenue.
- Ensure that the company is always presented with integrity in all communications.
- Monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years conducting sales and business development activities across commercial markets, including properties, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
- Experience in selling restoration/construction services to decision-makers and end-users.
- Accustomed to selling $400K+ annual sales revenue, with uncapped commissions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficient in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies.
- Proven track record of sales experience with the development of both new and existing client bases.
