The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities Assist recruiters by formatting resumes, researching leads, and calling candidates to confirm interest or provide next steps Post and manage job advertisements; track and report ad performance and metrics Manage candidate assessments, including sending out skill tests and distribution score results Support the HR team during onboarding surges and assist with background checks Answer inbound calls and route inquiries from clients, candidates, and contractors Troubleshoot internal and contractor questions to ensure prompt resolution Keep shared office areas clean, organized, and stocked (kitchen, supply areas, copy room) Monitor and reorder office supplies; coordinate with vendors when needed Greet and assist occasional visitors or appointments Support special projects and daily recruiting operations as needed Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in coordination, office administration, or HR support Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Friendly and proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and service Work Environment This is an onsite role based in our Houston office.
