Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Create, maintain, and update customer accounts accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to customers
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to address customer needs
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales roles
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
