The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support technical recruiting for engineering and industrial positions across petrochemical, oil & gas, LNG, and EPC environments. Working closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leadership, this role manages full-cycle recruiting activities and builds specialized talent pipelines for production, operations, maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and EPC positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Recruit technical professionals across engineering, production, operations, maintenance, and EPC disciplines.
- Develop candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate technical qualifications, industry experience, and position requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Support salary, offer, and employment package discussions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity records within the applicant tracking system.
- Research industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
- Manage multiple technical searches simultaneously while maintaining recruiting timelines and hiring priorities.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of technical or engineering recruiting experience.
- Recruiting experience within petrochemical, oil & gas, LNG, EPC, or related heavy industrial environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production, operations, maintenance, or EPC positions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of engineering and technical disciplines within industrial project environments.
- Experience managing multiple technical requisitions and specialized candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous engineering recruitment experience within a staffing agency or executive search firm is preferred.
