Responsibilities:
- Review applicants' qualifications and determine suitability for positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for various roles.
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews in a corporate setting, ensuring scheduling efficiency.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manage candidate data effectively.
- Execute pivot tables and V-lookups to streamline candidate tracking and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a TA Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
