The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of positions while serving as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and business leaders. This role will develop sourcing strategies, identify and engage qualified talent, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, and support long-term workforce needs. The Recruiter will have the opportunity to recruit across organizational levels, including Manager and Director positions, while contributing to broader talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple corporate and business requisitions.
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and short- and long-term talent priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Source passive and active candidates using Boolean searches, resume databases, data mining, internet research, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and interview candidates against position requirements and organizational needs.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process to provide a consistent candidate experience.
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes, compliance requirements, market conditions, and candidate availability.
- Coordinate with onboarding partners to support a smooth transition from accepted offer through the employee's first day.
- Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity within applicant tracking systems.
- Manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines while maintaining recruiting documentation and reporting.
- Support talent acquisition projects, workforce planning initiatives, and cross-functional recruiting activities.
- Develop relationships with colleges and professional organizations to expand talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma plus 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, or bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of corporate or agency talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Proficiency with Boolean search techniques, resume sourcing, data mining, and internet research.
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system.
- Experience recruiting for Manager and Director-level positions preferred.
- Corporate talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ATS preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Houston, TX.
