Responsibilities:
- Execute a proactive approach, making 50-100 cold calls weekly, driving lead generation, and fueling the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate a relentless pursuit of sales targets, meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach, showcasing the latest in digital media solutions to prospective clients.
- Initiate face-to-face meetings, conduct thorough research, and employ a range of communication channels to secure appointments.
- Leverage your network and pre-existing relationships to drive new business opportunities.
- Stay at the forefront of digital media trends, translating complex technical concepts into compelling sales pitches.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring a unified approach in achieving client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications:
- A high-energy, driven individual with a proven track record in digital marketing and advertising sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a business development/outside sales role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on active selling and account management.
- Hunter mentality, showcasing your ability to secure appointments, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
- Established relationships within the marketing and advertising ecosystem, ready to leverage them for success.
