A global energy organization is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee its fleet vehicle program while supporting General Services operations across multiple affiliates. The Fleet Operations Coordinator will manage the full vehicle lifecycle, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, and contribute to workplace initiatives that support business continuity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the fleet vehicle program, including vehicle ordering, maintenance coordination, utilization monitoring, inventory management, and vehicle disposition while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting, and documentation throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between affiliates, drivers, fleet vendors, and management regarding fleet operations.
- Develop and implement fleet procedures and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer service.
- Coordinate facilities work orders while supporting General Services operations, including vendor management, office moves, workplace services, and building support.
- Provide General Services support across multiple affiliated business units.
- Support the Tower Fire Warden Program through meeting participation, coordination activities, and quarterly fire drills.
- Administer corporate American Express programs for tower and remote locations.
- Participate in the Hurricane Response Committee and support business continuity initiatives.
- Serve as the ODP Website Key User for designated affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Experience coordinating fleet operations, facilities, workplace services, or general services functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Star Cristal.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
