Women Gaining Stronger Foothold in Recruiting
Within the staffing industry, especially in some of the most elite firms, we are seeing an increase of women in leadership roles.
Isaacson, Miller, a nationally recognized specialty search firm, just appointed a new president and three additional partners—all women. Isaacson Miller ranks 13 in Hunter Scanlon Media’s list of largest search firms in America, and 66% of its personnel are women.
Outside of the boutique firms like Isaacson Miller, women have been gaining power and leadership positions within larger search firms—positions that have long been held by men.
According to Hunter Scanlon, women in recruiting have made more overall progress than in other professional services sectors.
