Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst for a major energy and utility organization. You'll directly contribute to enterprise-level IT change initiatives, agility transformation, and adoption strategies. As an OCM Analyst, you will support complex projects in a regulated environment, providing essential expertise in stakeholder engagement, training, communication planning, and change impact assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and map leadership alignment across IT initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to support change adoption.
- Perform change impact assessments and track adoption metrics for IT programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and assist in the development of training materials.
- Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel analyses.
- Support end-to-end organizational change management methodology and activities.
- Apply agile and change management principles to facilitate smooth adoption of IT initiatives.
- Monitor risks associated with organizational change and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management, with 2-3 years focused on IT initiatives.
- Proven experience managing IT change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with change methodologies and end-to-end change management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level adoption across multiple teams.
- Knowledge of agile principles and experience applying them in IT projects is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP are a plus.
