In this role, you will be on the front lines, utilizing your technical expertise and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance on products, ensuring thorough knowledge of the product line.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, offering customized solutions.
- Facilitate consumer sales by addressing customer needs effectively.
- Research and utilize available resources to provide accurate information.
- Record and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Initiate product replacements, coordinate delivery tracking, and follow up with customers.
- Professionally handle incoming calls and emails.
- Provide support for the Factory Store and Reception Desk as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- More than 1 year of customer service or technical support experience in a sales support environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
