Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Supply Chain Coordinator for a large, well-established client. This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior procurement professionals and develop expertise across a broad range of sourcing, contract, and analytics functions. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior procurement staff with the development, execution, and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Conduct procurement data analysis and prepare reports to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Support contract lifecycle management including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contract documents.
- Perform operational procurement tasks and participate in strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Provide recommendations to improve procurement processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting procurement functions, ideally within Operational Services or Materials sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform procurement decisions.
- Knowledge of contract drafting and lifecycle management principles.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
