Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Procure-to-Pay System Administrator to support a prominent client in the energy and utilities sector. Responsibilities
- Manage group inboxes by routing incoming emails to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with support calls to ensure timely and professional response to user inquiries.
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets, track resolution progress, and follow up as needed.
- Process “Ship To” address requests with attention to accuracy and routing requirements.
- Administer the Coupa system, including managing user access and permissions.
- Configure workflows, approval chains, and key system settings.
- Perform data imports/exports and support bulk data updates.
- Monitor overall system health and performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support broader digital procurement efforts by participating in improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement support, systems administration, or operations.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa (preferred) or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of user permission models, workflow configuration, and system settings.
- Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of managing and analyzing basic datasets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
