Primary Services is actively recruiting for an experienced Onboarding Coordinator to support a large, nationally recognized organization with operations across multiple regions. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality onboarding experience for new hires across varying start dates and business units. The selected professional will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and business leadership to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for a steady volume of new hires across multiple regions and start dates.
- Guide candidates through onboarding workflows, providing support and resolving system-related issues within SuccessFactors.
- Monitor and track background checks, motor vehicle records, and drug screening results.
- Administer adverse action processes in accordance with compliance standards.
- Review and validate onboarding data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders to resolve onboarding issues and maintain hiring timelines.
- Ensure new hires are entered into HR systems accurately and before scheduled start dates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support updates to onboarding processes, tools, and documentation to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance, data integrity, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or operations support.
- Experience managing high-volume onboarding or recruiting programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Experience reviewing, auditing, and validating data for accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of background screening and pre-employment compliance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
