Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and light parcels within assigned facility(ies).
- Process outgoing parcels, pouches, domestic, and international mail.
- Maintain accurate addresses and records for mail and parcel distribution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Keep the mail station organized, up-to-date, and operational.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for less experienced colleagues.
- Work safely and follow all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of professional experience in mail room operations or related logistics roles.
