Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for entry- to mid-level roles in production, operations, maintenance, and engineering disciplines.

Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, including resume review, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.

Build candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct outreach.

Communicate with candidates to provide updates, gather availability, and support a positive recruiting experience.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition.
