Primary Services is actively recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and cybersecurity leadership team for a large, industry-leading organization. This position serves as the central coordination point for the CISO’s office—ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly and communication flows efficiently across business units and external partners. The role offers the opportunity to combine executive-level administrative expertise with exposure to critical cybersecurity operations in a high-impact, confidential environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CISO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Screen communications, prioritize messages, and ensure timely responses on behalf of the executive office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and process expense reports in accordance with policy.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, talking points, presentations, and follow-up summaries.
- Organize cybersecurity leadership meetings and events, managing logistics, documentation, and action tracking.
- Maintain a master calendar of cybersecurity activities, tracking key deliverables and milestones.
- Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and vendor coordination processes.
- Serve as a liaison between cybersecurity leadership and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with documentation, records management, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of cybersecurity awareness events, briefings, and team offsites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience providing executive or senior administrative support in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Concur, or Smartsheet preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proven experience handling multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating across departments and managing confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with budget tracking, purchase order processing, and vendor management within enterprise environments.
