Primary Services is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support a prominent client in the energy sector. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in customer service, operations, or contract management who is ready to grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing customer and third-party contracts while ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Receive daily production assignments to support the contracts management team.
- Create documents using pre-established form templates.
- Enter data according to standard work processes and procedures.
- Research issues related to transactions that failed to process due to errors or incomplete information.
- Review and analyze documents for quality control, identifying issues and escalating them to subject matter experts.
- Pull and update reports as directed to maintain accurate contract records.
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise during the lifecycle of contracts.
- Perform additional duties as required based on project needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work across various departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Understanding of deregulated retail electricity or natural gas markets (preferred).
- Previous experience in Customer Care or Operations is a plus.
