Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Commercial Property Manager for a leading organization. This position requires a proactive professional with experience in commercial property management, including financial oversight, maintenance coordination, and owner relations. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining efficient operations while enhancing property value and ensuring compliance with governing authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails while maintaining reports and coordinating annual meetings.
• Assist with coding and entering invoices while helping to manage the property’s budget.
• Ensure accurate financial management by tracking expenditures and identifying opportunities for value enhancement.
• Assist accounting in the collection of annual and monthly association dues.
• Address maintenance requests, arrange repairs, and conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance with permits and regulations.
• Oversee properties to ensure adherence to regulations per CCRs.
• Handle owner requests, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong owner relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors, solicit competitive bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide emergency on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial property work experience at an administrative support level or higher.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and invoice processing.
• Strong ability to oversee property maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in coordinating with vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
