Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Business Development Manager for our client, a leading company in the digital marketing and media space. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales and digital media solutions to drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with direct advertisers and brands to craft tailored digital marketing strategies while fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities

Develop and grow a robust pipeline of prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, research, and face-to-face meetings.

Manage leads through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using CRM tools.

Present comprehensive digital marketing solutions through a consultative sales approach.

Support clients through the onboarding process, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and within scope.

Monitor and track all client interactions and opportunities using CRM software for daily and weekly reporting.

Oversee client campaigns, proactively addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and activity goals as defined by management.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports and lead quarterly business reviews with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Media Services, Marketing, Operations, Account Services, and Product teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.

Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as search, eCRM, social media, and digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.

6–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.

Deep understanding of digital advertising including DSP, social media advertising, SEM/SEO, and marketing-related services such as web development and content marketing.

Demonstrated ability to manage the full RFP/RFI process within a digital media context.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales and revenue targets.

Experience identifying client needs and delivering customized marketing solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
