Requirements to be a successful Primary Services Recruiter:
- 2-5 years fast paced, full cycle recruiting experience.
- Service-oriented, motivated and dependable
- Ability to approach projects with a sense of ownership and enthusiasm.
- Significant level of interpersonal and communication skills and moderate level of analytical ability
- Successfully develop positive candidate relationships
- Creative ability to develop new ideas and coordinate execution
- Desired ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
