National Energy Firm in Southwest Houston is seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to add to their Sales and Prepaid Customer Service team. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone to become an integral part of a fast-paced team environment. Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service support for sales and prepaid services.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Responsible for handling inquiries regarding prepaid services and sales
- Utilize a multi-screen system while inputting customer information
- Assist customers with sales inquiries

Candidates Must Possess the Following:

- MUST HAVE 3+ years experience handling prepaid services
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in sales over the phone
- Bilingual Spanish is a major plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
