May 20, 2010 - Primary Services’ Vice President, Sabra Phillips, will be honored this afternoon as one of the Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. The HBJ 40 Under 40 annual awards program recognizes emerging Houston leaders for their work in business and the community. Sabra has been a member of the Primary team for 13 years. She is serving her sixth term with the Texas Exes Houston Chapter Board and currently sits on the Executive Committee as VP of Scholarships. Previously, Sabra served five years on the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance Board of Directors.
